We are a large holographic gallery, located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. You can find us at Market Square - a charming complex of old buildings - the residence of the most unique, one-of-kind shops in Victoria.
We specialize in sophisticated 3-D laser holograms and other holographic and 3-D products. We also offer a different kind of sophisticated applied art: the Japanese art of scent - in the form of Japanese incense, famous Tetsubin iron pots, bells, etc... Why? Because we just love them! And - just recently we added this line of 3D crystals, as we really admire their quality.

Due to high success of our fine, highly acclaimed, international award nominated line of 3D animated holograms, we discontinue ALL activity with crystals. We don't sell or offer custom work on these any more. This will allow us to concentrate our efforts on developing more of our finest animated laser stereograms.
Crystals can be found rather easily anywehere else - but our line of 3D smooth motion holograms is truly unique. We invite you to see examples of our hologram work here. As we are in holography business for over 10 years, we may be of service with this unique imaging technology.

Not sure about ordering security?
We take credit card information security seriously and use a variety of technical solutions to keep shopping safe at Royal Holographic on-line. Once the customer enters a credit card number, we will never display the card number. (We accept Visa, MC, AmEx, bank transfers and money orders).
Your submitted information is strictly confidential, and we do not disclose it to any other parties. Your privacy is important to us, and we protect it.

Our Risk-Free Satisfaction Policy
We hope that you will enjoy your new purchase, but in case you will not, simply send it back to us within 30 days of purchase date, in the original condition and package for a full refund, less shipping costs. It is necessary to e-mail or call us prior shipping back, to check with us for the most convenient way of your return, and proper return procedure.

Returning the merchandise in original condition without damage, is a sole responsibility of ordering person or company. We will not accept returns shipped collect, or with any fees to be collected. If after consultation with customer we agree on receiving such shipment with pending charges (border fees, taxes, etc.), total of such charges will be deducted from the credit issued for value of returned merchandise. Additionally, we will not be able to issue a credit for merchandise returned in damaged condition. In such case, damaged item will be returned to purchaser at an additional cost. We recommend insuring return shipments.

Our risk-free return policy is valid on all regular stock merchandise. We can not accept returns of special orders, custom orders, etc. Items returned without authorization, after 30 days period may be rejected or subject to 10% restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.

In the unlikely situation that your product arrived damaged, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from receiving date (by e-mail, phone or fax). You are asked to keep the packaging for inspection in case we need to open an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void any responsibilities for the occurred damage on our and/or the shipping company side.

Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that your transactions stay private and protected. Additionally, the Arabian Nights' online fulfillment system is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way, providing additional security of your information once it reaches us.

Shipping: We usually ship retail orders within 2 business days. If items are out of stock, we will inform you about possible delay. We ship via air mail postal services, unless requested otherwise.

Each item is quality-inspected before shipping, to assure the worry-free shopping experience.
In case of international orders, some items may be subject to your country duties or (and) taxes or (and) other border fees, which are responsibility of ordering person or company. We can't estimate these fees.
